My Note to YOU!
Congrew was formed as a way to combine all things that I love and to give back to the world in a meaningful way. I/O Psychologist, Business Owner, Researcher, Change Advocate, and Truth Seeker are some of the identities I hold, and they are the ways I connect with others individually and in business.
However, I found as a business owner, I struggled with a lack of clarity about myself and what I wanted for my business. As I interacted with other business owners, I found they had similar struggles. I became passionate about helping other business owners to understand how they show up for themselves and their business, and to help other business owners to learn about the power of gaining alignment with these elements.
I have found that we experience the most joy when we express ourselves as a whole person and embrace all of our many identities. Just like people, good businesses have personality, heart, and bones to keep everything running smoothly. Also just like our bodies, we need regular health check ups in our business to keep things at optimum performance. Hence, I believe congruent growth (Congrew) means growing all pieces of you and your business together! This growth occurs when you have clarity in who you are and how you connect with those around you.
My hope for you is that you live a life beyond your wildest dreams, and if I can help you on that path to achievement, I am ever so grateful. Closing with some words that inspired my path and one of my favorite quotes, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." - Gandhi. These words have served as my guide on my path to embracing all that is me.
