Welcome to Inside the Method
Welcome to Inside the Method
Hi, I’m Dr. Tameka, founder of Congrew and the creator of The Convergence Method. I’m glad you found your way here.
This blog, Inside the Method, exists for one reason: to give small business owners, entrepreneurs, and changemakers like you an inside track to something most business advice skips over—the power of true alignment. We talk strategy, identity, clarity, and the hard (but necessary) work of building something that actually reflects who you are.
Let’s start with the framework at the heart of it all.
What Is The Convergence Method?
The Convergence Method is Congrew’s signature alignment platform, a hybrid growth experience that blends science-based reflection tools with a supportive peer community. It was designed for entrepreneurs who are ready to stop chasing trends and start building from a place of grounded clarity.
It’s rooted in one truth I’ve seen over and over in my work as an I/O psychologist:
Clarity without alignment is incomplete, and execution without integration is fragile.
This isn’t another productivity course or quick-fix workshop. It’s a guided journey that unfolds in 90-day cycles, helping you align your life and business through four interconnected pillars:
- Clarity: Who are you, really? What do you care about?
- Alignment: Are your goals and actions reflecting your values?
- Action: Are you building something sustainable or just staying busy?
- Integration: Is your business serving your life or swallowing it whole?
The Convergence Method is more than content. It’s a system, a rhythm, and now, a community. Members can engage in The Convergence Community, a peer-led reflection space where discussions, prompts, and insights unfold around these same four pillars. Inside the community, the learning feels organic and connected, while the Method itself provides the structure that keeps everything aligned.
Why I Created It (and Why You Might Need It)
I started Congrew as a consulting firm to help organizations navigate growth, culture, and strategy. But as I worked more deeply with small business owners, I saw a familiar pattern.
They’re resourceful, creative, and committed, but constantly pulled in too many directions.
They’re asked to grow without rest, scale without clarity, and pivot without support.
And behind the scenes?
Most of their decisions are being driven by survival, not strategy, and definitely not alignment.
The Convergence Method was built to change that.
As your Chief Alignment Strategist, I’m not here to hand you a generic template. I’m here to guide you through a reflective process where identity, values, and business strategy converge and where community helps you stay accountable to your own growth.

Investing in You and Your Business Alignment
Many business owners invest in everything except the one element that drives every outcome—themselves.
Your clarity, focus, and decision-making shape the health of your business. When you invest in your own alignment, you strengthen the foundation that everything else depends on.
That’s what The Convergence Method was designed to do: help you reconnect with your values, refine your strategy, and bring your daily actions back into alignment with the vision that started it all.
If you choose to deepen your journey through the full Convergence Method membership, which includes guided tools, assessments, and professional development resources, your enrollment may qualify as a deductible business expense. Categories often include continuing education, coaching, or professional development. Every business situation is unique, so be sure to consult your tax professional to confirm eligibility.
Think of it as one of the few investments that supports both your personal growth and your business success.
Let’s Begin
Alignment isn’t just a personal development trend. It’s a long-term growth strategy.
It protects your energy. It guides your decisions. It helps you build in ways that don’t cost you your peace.
If you’re building something meaningful and starting to feel disconnected from yourself in the process, you are not alone. That’s why I created this space.
Welcome to Inside the Method. We’re just getting started.
