Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: You can cancel a one-on-one consultation booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time and receive a full refund.

50% Fee: One-on-one consultation cancellations made less than 24 hours but up to one hour before your scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the booking amount.

No Refund: One-on-one consultation cancellations with less than one hour's notice and no-shows without prior notice will result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking fee.
